Legal requirements for artificial intelligence and robotics
The SIENNA project has documented and delivered a critical assessment of the legal requirements in relation to the use of artificial intelligence and robotics on the national, EU and international level. In the report, we identify the relevant international and regional law and discuss a range of legal and human rights issues. The report builds on studies in twelve countries in and outside the EU. Here, you will be able to find out how specific novel legal questions can be solved in different jurisdictions according to different legal systems. We also show where there are convergences, divergences and gaps in national and international legal orders for AI and robotics.
