In 2019, the SIENNA project delivered an analysis of the legal issues and human rights challenges related to human enhancement technologies in and outside the EU to the European Commission. The report is now available for download! The report includes an overview of legal developments at national level laws relevant to human enhancement We also discuss the adequacy of existing norms and standards and present some preliminary recommendations.
