SIENNA legal analysis webinar on 5 March!
The SIENNA project has produced a legal analysis of issues and human rights challenges of artificial intelligence, robotics, human enhancement and human genomics technologies and studies of how they are handled in different jurisdictions. We now invite you to hear a presentation of the results in a webinar on 5 March 2020, at 2PM Central European Time!
The analysis looked at how the law responds to challenges in the different fields, and identified the limitations, challenges and gaps. We also identified key human rights norms and regulatory approaches that can help shape legal responses to new and emerging technologies in these domains.
During the webinar, results will be presented by Santa Slokenberga, Uppsala University (Human Genomics (Link removed) ), Konrad Siemaszko, Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (Human Enhancement (Link removed) ) and Rowena Rodrigues, Trilateral Research (Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (Link removed) ).
The reports will be made available to all participants after the webinar. The work builds on SIENNA literature reviews that identified ethical concerns in the different fields.
